Got a basic gel pedicure. The water was lukewarm and the hot towel was not hot. I asked if I can pay extra for the hot steam which stayed on my left the whole time. The massage was so weak I kept jerking my leg because it tickled me. I did ask for it harder twice but I think maybe she was trying her best? I unfortunately kicked her on accident because of the tickling. (Sorry again). She was very nice and took her time. The place is big and the chairs are nice. Gel pedicure was $52 before tip.
Rude service workers and poorly done manicure. I got my nails done two days ago and they’re already coming off. This is the second time I’ve been there and the staff have been either rude or irritated when I ask for something to be fixed.
I came into the salon at 615 asking for a fill in/pedicure and the receptionist at the front told me to come back in 20 minutes. I came back in about 15 minutes and they took me back and started my pedicure. Halfway into my pedicure the woman from the front comes to tell me they can’t do my nails and thought I only said pedicure, when she clearly repeated back to me pedicure/fill in when I first came in. I’ve been coming here the last couple of months and I must say everyone I have seen has been wonderful. The only complaint I have is that I’ve been charged different prices for the same services. One of my nails broke and I was offered to apply a tip to my nail which I’ve done here before at no charge, but recently they tried to charge me $5. First time. Got a Spa pedicure by Ellie. She was wonderful. Great experience and reasonable prices. Will be coming back.
