This place purposely tries to confuse you, I showed the nail tech exactly what I wanted, she couldn’t even fulfill that and was basically doing whatever she wanted. The one star can be for how patient she was with choosing a nail color. But also, few colors I chose she couldn’t even find. Which also made my choice harder. I wanted a full acrylic set of nails. I had a spa pedicure and the lady who did it she was not delicate . I literally have scars and my feet was fine before , there was no need to go all crazy with it.
I have gone to this location a few times now and today was by far the best experience. My nail tech was Joe and he was fantastic, very good attention to detail, very friendly, and we had great conversation. My nails came out perfect and im very happy. I got a powder set
Initially, the service was OK, I waited about 25 minutes for a nail tech- to start, for pedicure service, I never said I wanted gel on my toes only my nails, but I left it slide however, the woman told me that they didn’t have a pedicure spa that I wanted, but it the did have it for the woman behind me, little shady. I’ve been coming to Royal Nail & Spa for 2 years and I love it here. This is the best nail salon I ever been to. It is so luxurious. Everyone who does my nails are so professional and nice. Today my nails were done by Joe. Joe is so kind and nice! He also made me laugh. Amanda did my pedicure today and it was so pretty. Amanda was nice to me as well. Thank you Joe and Amanda for taking care of me! I will see you next time!
