I bought a 2018 f150 from this company and I was very happy. I even recommended them to several others. Unfortunately this last week when I got a recall done on my truck the dealership wasn't able to complete it due to alot of wiring issues that were present. After looking at the issues it was very clear that these issues were present when I bought the truck but at time of purchase they had yet to cause a problem. Paid over 20k for a Silverado couple days later it needed a new oil pump, head gasket, shocks, struts & a new lift going to cost me an ADDITIONAL 5k!!! Not happy at all. I know it's "as is" but needing that much work and money done and you didn't check this truck out before putting it on your lot? 0 stars if I could.
I had a great experience working with Jeremy. Honesty is the key word when I think about Royal Motors. They found an issue with the truck I bought and instead of hiding it, they brought it to my attention. I'm not sure how many dealerships would do much more than try to hide it. I would surely buy from them again.
