I purchased a Winnebago Minni from Royal RV and Auto early this summer. They took great care of me. I put money down, but had a motorhome I was selling. They were very patient while my transaction drug on and on. In the mean time they added the options I wanted with the exception of a back ordered A/C. Hands down had our best "car buying" experience here! We called ahead before we made the hour trip, and Jeremy made sure the truck was ready to go when we got there! We purchased a Winnebago travel trailer from Royal RV the week of Christmas. Jeremy was great to work with. We had a few hiccups during the process that were dealt with professionally and to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely return for any service needs in the future. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and prices are the most competitive we’ve found.
1.5 months ago I found a Mustang GT on Cargurus.com. I called Royal RV & Auto and started the process buying it. Fast forward I hopped on a plane from Maine and made my journey to Indiana. Bought a GMC Sierra Denali from Jeremy at Royal Motors. Jeremy was helpful and able to answer all my questions. Calvin made the purchase smooth and fast. Had a small issue with a hood latch sensor after I brought the truck home. Calvin took care of the repairs and cost at my local dealer. All around good experience, would recommend and purchase from them again.
