Rude manager and incompetent staff. They gave me a battery I could not install in my Subaru Outback due to its incorrect size. I called them right away, but they were closing, and I returned it after 3-4 days as I was out of town. When I returned, the manager gave the battery weird looks and said it looked like it had been installed/used. I told her that in that case, they gave me a used one. The actual parts department at the dealership is great. Always very friendly and easy to work with. Only four stars because of the online ordering. I ordered a part, which was simple enough, a couple days later I got confirmation it had shipped, then nothing for 4 weeks. The confirmation email has a “customer service” phone number but when you call, it’s three different sales pitches (are you over 60? Are you on Medicare? Do you want roadside assistance?
