Do not take your vehicle here. IMO and experience they will say or do whatever they can to deny they did inferior work. They forgot to place a clamp and o-ring in my vehicle. Then when I have to take it to another dealership they deny having forgot to fix it properly. They put a inferior o ring in and told me it was always there. Now at the other dealership and 500$ total out of pocket I am having their mistakes fixed. No refund, just excuse on why they didn't do it. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
Made a deal on a 2015 gmc 2500 hd that was initially overpriced by thousands of dollars. Received an email at 10:30 am that my offer of 5000 dollars less than asking was accepted. I tried to contact my salesman John Winkler 3 times throughout the day to put a deposit down on said truck with no return phone call. I was really pleased with the service I received. Everone really went above and beyond to help me. I love my new car!
They run a questionable business with very little integrity. We paid cash for our vehicle and wrote the check for the exact amount they said we owed. Two weeks later, they called us to say we actually owed $3000 more. They are the shadiest dealership I have ever dealt with and I would not recommend them to anyone.
I stopped by in the morning and I was taken care of the very same day! There was a brake system warning light that came on and I was concerned about driving the car. Furthermore, I would be driving elsewhere by late afternoon and wouldn't be back for weeks. The part wasn't on hand and I wasn't on their apt schedule. They were able to take the part from a car on the lot and get the job done. Absolutely fantastic!! Great family owned company. My buying experiences with them have been great. Good prices, no hassle, great cars.
