I was looking for a new Mazda 3 I touring I live in Spokane and saw the add in the Oregonian for a great price. I emailed & spoke with Henry the internet salesman over the span of a week. I was told by other dealers that they couldn't possibly sell that car for the price they had it advertised for. But I risked the drive to Hillsboro and it paid off. Got the car for the ad price! Fabulous deals... I always hated going to a car lot to buy a car because I think they are overpriced so I would always buy them off the streets. I have been a customer here at Royal Moore Mazda for years. I always bring my car here for service. Eventually, my 98 Mazda 626 had a bad oil leak. One of the tech look at it and told me that it's very bad. My transmission and head gasket had a bad leak. The quote that he gave me will cost me over $2,500. I didn't bother with it. I did a trade in and got me a certified 2011 GMC Yukon Denali. In the end, I was very happy with my decision.
I had some work done on my car at the service center attached to the Mazda dealership in hillsboro. They were very nice to talk to and helpful when I scheduled my front bumper to be repainted after a car accident. WHen I came back to pick up my car (WHITE Ford Focus) the bumper was yellow. I complained about the paint being yellow and not white. They told me I was being a jerk and that my car looked fine.
