Sharing here as well but we just wanted to write in about our wonderful experience! Francesca is thee best. Top tier really! Remained incredibly patient after spending all day with us (it felt like) and driving two cars over and over to finally come to a decision. Made us laugh and feel at ease durning the whole process, if we needed more cars we would get them here! She was knowledgeable, honest and never pushy!
Josh was low key with no pressure, answering my questions with patience and courtesy. I was comfortable that he was straightforward with his answers and I was able to make a good decision for myself.
Sung Park did an awesome job helping us find a new car. He was responsive, even over the holiday, and sent us plenty of videos and photos of the cars. By the time we visited the dealer, we felt like we knew everything about the car short of how it drove. While test driving and buying he was knowledgeable, helpful, and a joy to work with. Thanks Sung!
