Damir installed a heat pump at our office two years ago. The install went well and the product was delivered at promised. However, the company did nothing to support the product they had installed and completely left us in the lurch. We are still having the same cooling issues we had with our old unit. I have brought this issue to his attention on multiple occasions and each time he has brushed me aside with incredible rudeness. Me and my wife wanted to install radiant heat in our home. I came across royal mechanical and i have to say that i was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that technician had. He was very pleasant and was listening very carefully to our questions and concerns. I am definitely glad that i have hired Royal Mechanical because the project could not have turned out better.
