DO NOT RENT HERE. After moving in on March 01st, I began having problem after problem. First the water was pouring out of the taps black and dripping onto the floor. Then I requested the screens be put in all my windows (as I was the ground floor), and there were NONE. All the locks on the windows were broken, and they had pieces of wood jammed in them. We were told to move in last April 1. When we came here the heater is not functioning well, the sink that is not completely repaired, the mailbox, we were not informed that there was an issue. I called the costumer service they told me they will inform the manager and ipdate us about the mailbox. Ever since 2022 we never heard anything from the manager.
they charged me $225 for general cleaning while we make sure that the unit is clean before we leave the unit, and $400 for 2 sets of blinds that has some piece that is worn out because it's already 3 years in the unit. They will not send you a picture of whatever they charge you. The unit is so cold because there is a big gap between the windows and it took so long before they make an action even if you already send a maintenance request.
First, I’ve lived here for 2 years, it’s always cold in the winter time it’s plus 6 today and my apartment is cold still, laundry situation is foul, as in it’s over priced and you pay extra for hot water and you don’t get it and the dryer you have to use 2 times just for your clothes to still be damp My showers are cold 80% of the time Parking is $50 and apparently the power for our stalls is being charged to our spots when houseless people use our outlets and additionally never gets plowed the last few winters that I’ve bee... read more
