This is now the third time that we have been refused service at 8:45 pm because their kitchen is closed. Open sign is lit and doors are open. I know it is late when we have arrived but that is unfortunately our schedule. If a company says 9pm then they should be serving their guests. Very rude individual told us that we would not be served this evening. Horrible company and management. Yet sadly the best oriental food in Terre Haute.
Don't answer phone three times when I call for take out. Tell me 10 minutes 20 minutes later here I sit. Not the time of year to piss me off. I advise avoiding this place. Can't handle a crowd at 7 pm
I called in an order to the Southland location. Asked for chicken w/ mixed vegetables with garlic sauce. Got it home and was not what I ordered. It hardly had any sauce, and it was not the brown sauce. Called and complained and was told they don't offer refunds. I have eaten at the meadows location several times, with much better service and excellent food, and it was the way I ordered it. I normally get a takeout order of moo shu pork, and it is delicious. However, we stopped in the north Lafayette location two nights ago and I ordered the Royal Korean beef. I would rate it with one star because 1) it was too spicy hot to eat and 2) the beef was tiny bits that were tough, over-cooked and frankly, inedible. I ate the steamed rice and left the rest.
