Thoroughly disappointed with this service—“upset” doesn’t even begin to cover it. The cleaners sent to perform our move-out clean did not appear to be professionals. While they arrived on time, they left shortly afterward to purchase cleaning supplies—something I would’ve expected them to arrive with. Initially, I was understanding, but I became concerned when I returned to find they had picked up another cleaner’s car and had a man waiting in one of their vehicles.
