According to the Manager Susan Berube - it was the OWNER of the company who decided to send ONE girl for a deep clean. After 5 hours and she was drained. I felt so bad. First of all who wants 5 hours on either end !! Do yourself a favor. Look elsewhere Worker. 10+ Owner/Manager - Zip
This review is no longer accurate as the new owners increased fees, poor service, and over worked employees. I have been using Total Maid for over a year now and they have always done an incredible job. Maria is one of my favorites and she is very detailed oriented. If you don't like the way they are doing something or the way they didn't do something all it takes is simple communication with the ladies and the problem is solved. Editing my review from two years ago.. was 5 star and then new owner took over.. nothing but hassles ever since...from not changing sheets and making bed (rental property) over dirty sheets to starting a clean and leaving halfway through to taking towels and linens and either not returning them or giving us someone else’s... do not recommend.. I gave them two years and things only got worse..
Due to the situation with COVID I have asked the owner to not come monthly to my father's house as he has cancer and his immune system is compromised ... I live out of state and am here monthly to take care if him and I have been doing the cleaning... They haven't been here since March and then out of the blue they just showed up without notifying us... I had just cleaned the house! Well this has taken me months to write because I'm just not that person. However I want every one to be warned that if there is any damage to your home from their services they will not honor any repairs. They won't even come to your house and look at the damage. The girls were lovely that work for them and I would hate for them to be hurt in anyway from my complaint.
