Bianca is the one person holding this company together. when the company changed ownership recently, the new owner tried to handle the scheduling and it was frustrating and did not go well. my favorite cleaner, bianca, is now in charge of scheduling, and they are back to a five-star company. this is my original review from 2022: I was giving up hope of finding a decent maid service when I finally found Royal. Quick and efficient. They actually take note when you ask them to do something differently next time
I had my clients get their property cleaned before my photographer took pictures so I could sell their home. They did an excellent job and when they missed a few spots the owner herself came out and took care of it. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a cleaning company.
We are so thankful for Royal Maids! The have provided exceptional cleaning to our home for 15 years. You could not deal will a more professional and customer-oriented company. The owner Elaine is the BEST! She and her staff have always been professional, reliable, trustworthy, thorough, and accommodating to our needs. What a joy to walk in our house after they have worked their magic. We could not be more satisfied with the cleaning services they provide!
