Spent 8 hours in A&E from 23:00 to 07:00 for a 10 minute consultation with Doctor. Absolutely disgraceful organisation and process flow. Staff were good which is how it should be, but whole experience needs remodelling. Information on screen in waiting room indicated a 2hr wait, but there were no updates - screen was fixed; the only thing that moved on the screen was the time. Through my interaction with the staff of this hospital, I have deeply realized what stupidity and arrogance mean. Their lack of professional knowledge is so severe that they can't even distinguish between the heart and the stomach. In my opinion, doctors are supposed to save lives, not kill people like them. If simply taking a weak patient's temperature and telling him "You are healthy, go home and rest" can make one a doctor, then my pet dog could also serve as a doctor here.
