Who ya gonna call? Not Royal Limousine, they won't answer the phone!!!
Very unprofessional!! It's understandable that circumstances occur, but to not contact your customer and inform them that a problem has happened, and that you will not be able to complete a job that was promise and confirmed is ridiculous. Please consider your customers. What happened was not fair and caused much disappointment, especially to the bride and groom. This is not a company I would recommend!
Very unprofessional and EXTREMELY unreliable! If you try to contact them don't expect them to answer or call you back, even if they've left you and your entire wedding party without transportation to your wedding reception.
If you like to gamble on your transportation choose this company! They left us stranded with no vehicles because we assumed they were going to pick us up. They gave us excuse after excuse TWO days after the reservation, but wouldn't answer our calls while we waited over an hour. Considering the amount of money spent on a wedding this cost us precious time. Thankfully the wedding wasn't ruined because everything else was perfect!
Thanks for a great Saturday night Royal Limousine! You guys know how to take care of your guests! We had an excellent driver by the name of Chris! Highly recommend!!!
Completely horrible company. 30 people stood in front of a church for 45 min waiting on their ride from the wedding to the reception. The ride never showed up. No one would answer phone calls. Actually one person did, long enough to say he was on vacation and it was not his problem. He later would not answer again. What a disaster! Find another company if you event is important to you! 11 1 star ratings should have been our first clue.
Most unreliable and disrespectful company!!! I was also part of the wedding party that was left stranded. In order to run a successful business it takes communication, professionalism, time management and many other things in which this company does not have! It seems the only communication they know how to use is Facebook to write rude comments back to unsatisfied customers for being honest about their experiences!
Absolutely terrible! DO NOT book them, whatever you do. I was a member of a bridal party that was stranded and had to squeeze into a few cars to make it to the reception. I can't believe the nerve of a company to just not show up and not answer any calls on someone's WEDDING DAY. And looking at these other reviews, my friends and I are not the only people who had this happen to them. Do not book!
