the man working in the office is so rude and speaks to the girls at the front desk so rudely. he spoke to my mom like she was old and dumb she is perfectly healthy and has a doctorate the way he spoke down to her and interrupted/ cut off the girls working made me certain I would never live here.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The management is terrible. As soon as my roommates and I moved in last year there was a severe cockroach infestation that took MONTHS for us to get fixed. Management kept blaming us for the issue when it had been there before move-in. Also, I have recently been having issues with creepy maintenance men randomly hanging out in my apartment. I signed a lease with them and that is where I went wrong. It is fee after fee after fee. I thought royal lex was a great affordable option that was close to campus. But I was wrong, they have fees attached to every bill. And fees before u even move in. Not to mention that u should read the lease carefully. They take no claims to anything.
