Stacy Farsad- my agent from this brokerage used her pregnancy to her advantage to collect commission off of the sale of my condo. She had me believe I was the father of the baby inside of her for (6 months). In forecast to finance the costs of life's upcoming events, we agreed it would be best to sell my property. It wasn't until the day after the deal was firm and it would be an added cost to me to back out of the deal- did she tell me that I am not the father.
