Unfortunately had a very bad experience in dealing with Mr. Kyle Grant, property manager. A lot of talk and unfulfilled promises that ended up costing us thousands of dollars in lost rent. When attempting to contact Mr. Grant and resolve the issue, he ended up 'ghosting us' for the better part of six months. From there we had to escalate the complaint to the management level (which was never resolved either). Classic example of how not to do business in 2025. The experience that we’ve had with Kyle Grant is so disappointing coming from someone you’re supposed to trust. This individual is clearly the worst property management person you could ever wanna deal with. For four years, he never showed up to the property for four years. He avoided fixing so many things on a brand new condo and now the owner of the condo is hit with tens of thousands of dollars of issues in the condo that should’ve been covered under warranty that Kyle avoided.
