We saw frequent signs of Shirley Brown in our Mill Creek Village area, we contacted and everything started off great as she said that she already has a buyer lined up. So, we signed the contract to go with her in October 2023 to sell our home. The contract was for 6 months and we did not question as she had earlier mentioned that there was buyer lined up.
