I worked with Melissa Lukanidis and she was simply amazing. She took care of the sale of our condo and the purchase of another condo. She was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. She was also very responsive in her communications and kept us abreast of any changes every step of the way. She was also very resourceful when it came to getting acquiring services needed to spruce up our home and to get the most of our sale. I highly recommend Melissa to everyone we know and would work with her again.

I had the misfortune of renting an apartment in a home sold by James Theodorakopoulos from this Royal LePage location. He informed my fiancée and I that the house was being sold and showings would start the day before prospective buyers started coming over.
