After purchasing my home with Vardaan Sangar as my agent, I discovered multiple undisclosed issues, including a cheaper replacement dishwasher and swapped cabinet doors. I later learned these changes had been communicated to Vardaan before closing but were never disclosed to me, which was a clear misrepresentation. *Buyer Beware from scammer Le page team* After purchasing a property through Vardaan Sangar, I discovered several serious issues after possession that were never disclosed and were not present during my inspection. After purchasing a property through Vardaan Sangar, I discovered multiple undisclosed issues, including a swapped cheap brand dishwasher, mold in the washer with fouling smell and standing water inside, a dryer error code, and replaced cabinet doors. The seller’s agent later confirmed these issues had already been communicated to my agent Vardaan. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency.
