Do Not Work With Shannon Scala Selling my condo at 215 Fort York Blvd through Shannon Scala from Royal LePage Signature Realty was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I was living abroad at the time, so I had to place a lot of trust in her to manage the sale properly. Unfortunately, she let me down at every step. Shannon told me I needed to evict my tenants to sell the unit. I did, and because I had been a good landlord, they left quickly and without issue. I refunded them $10,000 in prepaid rent. Very disappointed in Signature’s handling of my commission issue. Despite multiple attempts to communicate, my emails have been ignored by management, and I’ve been left completely in the dark. I was hoping to find a fair and reasonable resolution, but there has been no effort on their part. As a former agent who brought in substantial business, I expected to be treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. This experience has been both frustrating and deeply disappointing.
