Absolutely the worst Real Estate Services I have EVER EXPERIENCED. Listed my home with Cathy Whittaker, 3 hours later she announced her 2 week vacation leaving in 4 days after! Had to negotiate an offer over the phone. Closing was managed by her partner Alison, the move went late. Rather than asking me what the problem is she blew up my phone and emails with aggressive messages ...GET OUT, GET OUT!... I paid for Elder Abuse!...if you need a good real estate agent and ethical company Do NOT use these people!
Cathy is an amazing real estate agent. I have never had a real estate agent work this hard for me. She spent 3 days staging the condo and it looked amazing. She helped clean out my parent’s place so we could list it. She went to check the condo after every listing to check it was left nicely. I was out of town so she performed many small tasks that required doing in person.
