Listed with this brokerage recently. Tested them on multiple fronts. Failed on all. Most notable was on a Saturday that our agent was holding an open house. I decided to drop by the brokerage in town acting as though I was from out of town and specifically interested in any open houses their agents might be holding in the area...FAIL!
