I didn't qualify for a large mortgage so they just ignored me ........ but they didn't even try to help in buying a home 3+ years ago..... yet another realtor kept in contact with me and sent me active listings. Reading another reviewer's notes I see that it is not new in this era.
It appears to be systemic with this industry and this brokerage. They set two appointments to view our home and both times did not show. Kim Bantten and Tracey Bochinski were the agents, neither time did they call our agent to advise that they and/or there clients would not be attending. Apparently inconveniencing people and not caring for anyone’s time but theirs is the norm in this office. It take less than 30secs to communicate these days.
