They do not care about people's time, and do not care to adhere to appointment times. They failed to follow up with my multiple attempts to contact them through email and phone. The man I was briefly in contact with was rude and dismissive, and never followed through with anything. I would NEVER use this particular office, so dismissive and entitled. I would give zero stars if I could.
Worked with Gwen to sell my townhome and also to purchase a new home. It was a big undertaking especially since the market was changing and homes were staying on the market longer than earlier in the year.
