Had a Really BAD experience with parag garg. Leased out a house - no proper communication (always making excuses for not answering the calls ) even after signing out leasing papers we got our house 15 days late. He was very rude when we were trying to communicate with him if we will get the house or no. Such a ridiculous service provided. I was looking to lease a unit in one of the apartment 2825 Islington Avenue. I have been in touch with agent XYZ since day 1 and provided all the documents which was requested within 24 hours or earlier. They mentioned that landlord prefers family only no working professional. Still I tried to convince and provided all the required documentation. Still no luck.
