I worked with realtor Lucky Pannu because, before I hired him, he agreed over the phone to provide me with a 1% cashback, which was an important factor in my decision. During the transaction and after closing, I repeatedly asked about the cashback. Each time, I was told not to worry and that I would receive it after the brokerage received the commission.
