Stay away from Iqbal Bhangu. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with this brokerage. After signing a Buyer Representation Agreement with an RE agent from this brokerage, I realized I didn’t want to continue and asked to be released after a month in. Instead of showing any professionalism or respect, Iqbal flat-out refused and spoke to me like I didn’t know my rights.
