I've dealt with a few members of this brokerage for various needs and projects over the past few years and all I can say is, wow! How did one place end up with so many great people? Sorry to say but I will never again hire this agency. I used them in July last year and they sourced out/screened my tenant who signed a year lease. I paid their regular fees which in today's market are bigger than someone's monthly salary. Tenant moved out this April braking the lease. I am now finding out that other agencies/brokerage clearly specify in their contract that if tenant moves out earlier, they will find a new tenant at no charge.
