Don't trust the agents at this location. They post homes for sale in the wrong city. MLS®# 24021659 It says Leamington but it shows up in the map as Stouffville and Aurora. Very receptive marketing

One of the listing agents of this company has completely ignored the mutual release process and won't even answer my agent. We had given 2000 dollars of a sign of good faith when trying to purchase our property, not even mentioning how they swindled us out of almost an extra 20 000 dollars on the house we were purchasing after we offered them exactly what they asked for and turned down their only offer.
