Went to an open house today, first thing that happened was one of the agents (need 2 for a 1000sqft house?) tried to tell me to sign in, "for liability reasons". I told him not to play that game, and he wouldn't let it go! Then as I start my walkthrough, without any other communication he just starts following me around. Didn't ask if I wanted his company, or announce that he was going to give a tour, just starts following. Then he tries to tell me that a mark in the 6' bathroom countertop is a "seam". Complete disregard of people's property. We have a white carpet, and multiple signs that say NO SHOES. This realtor and his clients walked all over the carpet with their shoes. What kind of realtor are you? You do not respect people's property, their homes. We dont wear shoes on the carpet. We see shoe prints everywhere. Will not recommend at all.
