If I could give them zero stars, I would. I suggest not listing your house with this company. I've been emailing realtors for months off the postings trying for a booking. When i realized it wasnt happning i emailed simple requested more info, and months later, there was still nothing. They do not answer or reply to anyone in regard to showings or more information. It's like pulling teeth. You'd be better off going to the house and asking the owner yourself.
Listing agent Hubert gave misinformation to myself, my realtor, and my lawyer during the purchase process. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Caused sellers to send a very nasty email to my realtor. Removed for sale sign immediately after preclose inspection, never posted sold on the sign to allow for new owner to take pictures. Prolonged closing and hand-off of keys for entire day, keys given at 6pm and preclose inspection at 9am. Left lockbox on doorknob, has yet to retrieve it. Should be ashamed of himself.
Very unprofessional real estate company. Had a terrible experience. Voiced a concern and the manager couldn't even pick up the phone to ask why. If your looking for a real estate company with a personal touch. THIS AIN'T IT.
