This company exhibits a concerning lack of professionalism. Given that it is a Black-owned business, one might reasonably expect that customer service and professionalism would be prioritized. Regrettably, this has not been the case. The communication between the customer and the business owner is inadequate, particularly when deliveries are not made in a timely manner or when inquiries regarding the products are posed. This boutique is very very unprofessional. They do not respond to your text or email. They are scam artist they get your money and do not send the merchandise. I’ve been waiting over a month and still I have not received a response or merchandise. I paid $160 for a demin set it’s sad but true these black owned businesses or scammers I’d rather order from fashion nova or Diva boutique at least I’ll have my merchandise is 2 to 3 days I’ll no long purchase from this business again please beware of this online boutique
Placed an order on 3/9, paid for shopping and still haven't received any info regarding my order as of 3/26. Sent emails that have gone unanswered. Will not order in the future.
Please be careful ordering from this business especially online. The owner only responds back to you when you leave a negative review (to save her business).
