I gave this business 2 stars because I didn’t receive my order however customer service did communicate (it did take few days)but they were very professional, & took ownership for the delay, and apologized for the inconvenience & refunded me my money. I placed and order never received the tracking confirmation, but after numerously reaching out on IG the matter was resolved.
I ordered in August 2025, and I haven’t heard anything about the other half.. sent emails, no response. The social media page continues to post so I’m not sure if they’re still in business or not, it was only $25, I don’t care enough to dispute and order a new card and blah blah blah. It’s the principal, I hate bad business.
Again another black owned business screwed me over. We have to do better guys. I ordered a month ago . The label was created and no shipping. It's been over a month. I've emailed and messaged numerous times no response. This is not right! I work hard for my money. The worst part is the order was for my daughter and had to explain this to her . Embarrassing. ! Please send me my refund. God does not like ugly . Your judgment day will come. I see a lot of complaints !!!!
This boutique needs to offer only in-store pick ups. This company exhibits a concerning lack of professionalism. Given that it is a Black-owned business, one might reasonably expect that customer service and professionalism would be prioritized. Regrettably, this has not been the case. The communication between the customer and the business owner is inadequate, particularly when deliveries are not made in a timely manner or when inquiries regarding the products are posed.
