This place is a series of vendors. The one in the front fixed my necklace in 10 minutes. (She ran it to a guy in another shop, probably would have been cheaper just to go to that shop, but I didn’t know.) They also quoted me a good price on a 14carat gold name necklace.

rude and dismissive
Lack of Customer Service from the Door. As soon as I walked in, there was no Customer greeting into the establishment. There were three people at the door including an Employee who was engaged in a conversation NOT pertaining to any purchases from what I did hear. This place advertises vintage buttons but no one seemed to know who was responsible for that section(location isn't that broad). Customer Service is horrible. First time walking in the establishment, and my last time walking out
