Absolutely the worst experience i have dealt with. A week ago i asked them of they could turn a 2oz silver skull i had into a pendant and they said they could. After waiting a week and spending 100 what i got back was the cheapest crudiest excuse for work you can imagine. They used a copper silver plate alloy to do the smallest cheapest solder possible which broke within 5 minutes. When i confronted them about this they said it was because the piece was too heavy...okay you knew how much it weighed when you accepted the work... read more
Their "silver" necklaces are just cheaply plated with a very thin layer of silver that quickly rubs off to expose the chain is mostly copper. You pay .925 silver prices for a .925 copper chain.

Would not buy anything from this place very cheap but sold as real and then when confronted they kick you out and tell you they won’t do anything for you again
Would absolutely not buy anything from this place. Everything is cheaply made. I been to the store three times over my 2,500 purchase breaking. Very unprofessional and sell you lies. The company does not stand by what they sell lost my business and all my fellow people. Shop AT KAYS RIGHT ACROSS FROM THEM
