They are nice, and helpful initially. However, there is not a lot of follow through. Missed appointments, orders falling through the cracks, etc. We are 99% sure this is due to the fact we only spent about $1800, as opposed to doing a $20,000 kitchen or whatever stupid money people spend there. Probably will not do business with them again.
