Excellent customer service, truly knowledgeable and responsive. He’s a gem!
An embarrassment. Careless in his inspection to seller's home, leaving several necessary home owner's appliances and inspected critical attachments disconnected, damaged or unusable. Dryer exhaust completely left disconnected and hidden from seller's view. Dishonorable conduct for a Home Inspector! Shame on you Tim R.
This is the 3rd inspection that Mr. Tim has done for me, and his reports are of the highest detail to include the corrective action with recommendations. All recommendations and corrective actions are listed with the state code that requires correction. In the high stress environment of escrow, having a detailed report within 2 days is critical for both the buyer and seller to address. I look forward to working with you again in the future and i greatly appreciate your attention to detail and expertise.
