yes will the condition of the motel in general is a little bit run-down but in my opinion I accepted it for what the building is its age and the pricing of the establishment you do get what you pay for. but the thing that I'm complaining about the most here at the Royal in which makes it unbearable and unlikable is that it's infested with vampires there are people here when they decide that you are not worthy of being treated as a person will rob and steal from you the staff will come into your room when you're not in it and... read more
HORRIBLE PLACE, HORRIBLE ROOM & HORRIBLE PEOPLE! I come to my room to see some how someone else is in my room, I was so confused and terrified. Had to sleep in my car finally the next morning I found out there’s a hidden door in my room and the managers tried to play it off like I was crazy.... truly feel like there apart of sex trafficking act, even a man staying there went in the room and said there was no one and it was 3 men in the room hiding. they didn’t even apologize or act as if they cared THEY let a stranger to me ... read more
disgusting rooms and terrible staff. RUDE manager. dont come here unless you want bed bug bites, blood stained sheets, and rats running over the top of your bare feet
BED BUGS, TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, AND NASTY ROOMS.
The room was gross - had graffiti literally drawn and written on the walls. Room had no microwave or fridge (as advertised). Toilet was dirty. Dead roach on the floor. Burn marks and stains on the bedding. We had to stay there in an emergency when the whole town was sold out of rooms - but would never recommend it to anyone ever unless they had a dire emergency and no other choice.
BED BUGS IN THEIR HOTEL AND IF YOU FIND ANY, THEY WON'T GIVE YOU NEW SHEETS OR REFUND! BED BUGS COSTED ME 4,000 to get rid of in my house. THIS HOTEL IS NOT WORTH IT!!!
It is as represented. A roof over your head with a bed. Priced right for traveler looking to sleep relatively cheap.
Nastiest place I have ever seen!! Pet hair EVERY WHERE (I had no pet), cig butts lined the carpet/wall crevice.. PURE FILTH But because it had been 10 mins, there was no refund! Because I went to Walmart for groceries, THEN went into the room, no refund because it has already been 10 mins!! NASTY FAT BITCH KIM!!
