VERY NICE AND COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY ! I had a really good experience at the Royal Inn Motel. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and well-kept, and the bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. It’s also in a convenient location, close to shops and restaurants. Overall, a great and comfortable place to stay — I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others! IT WONT SADLY ADD THE VIDEO I MADE

RECENTLY PAID FOR A WEEK IN ADVICE $530.00 DOLLARS, HAD MEDICAL EMERGENCY, HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL FOR OVER NIGHT!!! THEY RENTED MY ROOM OUT WHILE I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL, WHEN I CAME BACK REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY, DIDN'T EVEN GET TO USE THE ROOM ONE NIGHT!!!! THAT WAS 11 /11 /25 RIP OFF PLACE!!!!!!!!

I absolutely am impressed! This motel has came LONG WAY! The employees are super nice, the rooms are newly remodeled. It is super quiet, affordable, and overall my new go to spot. We came for 1 night, ended up staying 2.

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed in fort smith. There was constant drug use around and in the motel the entire time I was there. Someone was up all night just walking around the parking lot in a circle right in front of the window to my room. I saw 3 different people try and break into the trash can next door at the furniture place. The homeless is so bad at night you cannot leave your car without someone coming up to you and asking for money. The rooms aren’t bad, and it was actually kind of clean but the... read more
