I had a great experience at Royal Inn. We were in town for a basketball tournament. The front desk associate was amazing and provided outstanding customer service. My reservation was automatically canceled because I wasn’t able to check in before midnight, but they were kind enough to honor my original rate when I arrived the next morning. I booked because it is near iTHINK theater. We went to a concert. The room had a terrible smell and wreaked of deodorizer AND the sheets were like sandpaper! The only bright spot was Sandy at check in! There had to be better option for the night. I don’t recommend. Stay downtown!!!
Sandra was extremely professional and accommodating. Been staying here for. Few years and we will be back.
