There’s a very obvious oversized vehicle area, yet I still had to pay extra to park my semi on top of the room charge. Seriously?... I already pay to shower and park everywhere I go, so that rubbed me the wrong way. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at, even decent ones, includes parking — even when I take up ten spots and especially when they have an oversized lot. I was in the area due to a medical emergency and had to stay overnight near the hospital. I was calling around, trying to find a last-minute place to stay, and unfortunately, most places were extremely rude and unhelpful—until I called this motel. Sandra at the front desk was truly a godsend. She listened, understood our situation, and went above and beyond to help us.
