Worst Royal ever, funny because they’ll ship a high dollar items and multi piece orders in a plastic bag or a box that’s been recycled 10 times at least lol. Yet for the low dollar items and single piece orders they’ll over package stuff making it extremely hard to get to. Already complained a few times about receiving damaged items, etc. they don’t care
Placed and urgent order and payed extra for expedited shipping on an in stock item, following day after the order was placed called to get tracking, turns out it didnt ship, was told I would get a call back with an update which of course i never did. after 4 work days order finally arrived (having payed for next day air) and after having to talk to the ruddest woman on the phone. Horrible experience all around.
Call to ask about a breaker for replacement. The woman I spoke with on the phone was one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with.
