I can't say enough about the love and support my Mom and I received from Royal Hospice throughout her battle with ALS. We all know how difficult it is navigating the medical field; doctors, caretakers, insurance companies and everything else. In my Mom's case it was even doubly difficult to get the care she needed, but Royal Hospice just took the reigns and stepped up to all of our challenges. When we found out that my pops cancer had become terminal and hospice was the next step I called Royal hospice because the hospital hospice contact left us with more questions and no answers. From the moment Alec answered the phone he was kind, compassionate & took the time to answer my questions (which were many!!!). Alec put me in touch with Angela who set up 5 tours of homes for us and was also wonderful!!!! Team Royal Hospice gave exceptional care to my father. Dad is a hard one to please when it comes to his personal care. Emily (RN) and Jessica (CNA) went above and beyond in meeting his needs on his terms. I highly recommend Royal Hospice to your family!
