They are slow, expensive and will sell you stuff you don't need or want because they won't listen to what you ask for. Then, they wash their hands of the deal and refuse to take anything back or refund. I was really hoping for a better experience, but I was disappointed. It'll be the internet and after market parts stores for me in future. Dealers are just a nightmare.
