In order to post this review, I had to give one star. Our experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. We purchased a used Audi and, after driving it only 35 miles, the vehicle suffered a catastrophic engine failure before we even made it home. Since then, we have made multiple attempts to work with the dealership to reach a fair resolution. Went in yesterday to sell my Accord. Met with Ken Mackie and he was amazing. His service was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. On top of that, I was offered a way higher price for my car compared to countless other dealerships in the area. If you are looking to sell or trade in, Ken at Royal Honda is the man!
EXCELLENT experience.!! Samuel Stirgus was great to work with. He is a man of his word and walks you through your purchase with no pressure. We drove from Alabama to purchase this vehicle and would drive back to Louisiana again just to work with Samuel in the future.
