Tried to schedule a software update. Was on hold for 30 min. and got hung up on. No person ever came on the line. Tried to connect to operator and no one answered. Another dealership answered promptly and got my appt. scheduled. Will not use Royal Honda for servicing my car.
No one answers your call at service center or calls back to find out information. They don't mind helping you buy a vehicle but when you want service department no one answers.
My experience with Royal Honda has been extremely frustrating and concerning. I have been unable to drive my vehicle since I initially brought it to Royal Honda on August 19, 2026. My 2018 Honda Accord was brought in because of a no-start/Smart Entry system issue. I was told the vehicle needed a Body Control Module (BCM), despite unresolved concerns involving the fuel-pump recall.
