BS artistry at its best. My son accidentally filled his Accord with diesel. Had it towed here expecting professional diagnostic work to be done. Instead received a quote for $4700.00 to replace a bunch of parts that were, of course, all fine. All it needed was the fuel tank drained and the fuel system flushed. Runs like a dream and saved $4640.00 dollars. Ended up replacing the fuel filter as a precaution. I called 3 times over the course of a month to get the status of my license plate. My temp tag expired then they lied to me and told me i chose to take care of the taxes and license plate myself. Their admin team and sales team will lie to you to cover their themselves. Also I spent 3000 dollars on repairs for the vehicle immediately after purchase, sold me a car with dry rotted tires and the vehicle leaks oil and transmission fluid.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Royal Honda, first through financing and second with cash. Each time, the service and overall experience was over the top! Josh was my salesperson both times and I must say he’s amazing to work with. Very responsive and personable while remaining professional. Best price in a 150 mile radius on the new Civic Hybrid I wanted. I did a lot of research. Gerald was a fantastic salesman! He was super knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely kind, not something I usually say about car salesman. I would highly recommend him for all your Honda purchasing needs.
