We purchased 32 replacement windows and initially, I was very pleased with the price, quality, and installation. The installer, Preston, is extremely nice and very skilled. Two of the windows weren't the right size and he reordered and told us he was going to stay in Ark a few days and then we'd be his first stop when he came back to MS. No problem. I am very pleased with my new windows. The ones I had were the original windows when we built our log home in 1981, so it was definitely time for new windows. Alot of companies won't mess with log homes and those that do, I couldn't afford the cost. However, Royal Windows was there to talk to me and measure my windows without hesitation. Plus the cost was almost half the cost of what I was quoted previously. It depends on the type of window you are looking for too. We’re very pleased with the siding replacement completed on our home. They removed the old siding and replaced some rotten wood at no extra charge. The crew arrived on time and stayed until we inspected and were satisfied with the work. Cleanup was excellent. Very professional and courteous.
