Even one star is too much for this company. They’re completely & utterly unprofessional. The Philly area manager is rude & disrespectful & completely invasive. She talks to the clients as if they’re children, she lets clients go with aides, & she leave PARALYZED clients in the bed. I will never recommend such agency for any persons loved ones. I quit over a couple months ago & clients still call me asking for my help because they cannot do their job properly.
Royal Home Care Services is known for disgruntled workers as thier pay is less after working sometimes 8 hours or more. Many complaints about Royal after working 8 hours but being paid only 5 because the excuse is always, “are you clocking in and out”, this is a constant problem with Royal.
