Better than expected
Tonight I am a scared mother who has to call the hospital for information and I cannot thank the staff who have been on the phone at emergency department enough for their time, care and compassion tonight. They are busy, swamped, overworked and underpaid and when I called with what is only an emergency for me and mine, they showed kindness and compassion I will never forget.
