Nice place to live
Nice apartments that can be quiet, depending on how close you are to Ryan Road, and are close to a lot of shopping areas and a couple Catholic churches right next door. The land lord and his staff does a good job with communication, too. However, I have three gripes: ever since I moved in I noticed there has been a very potent and unattractive odor, which has a very musty smell to it and has clung to my clothing, making them smell unpleasant. Royal Hill is a very nice place to live. I have lived here for 5 years and never had any problems. The property is well kept very clean and quite the tenants are nice and friendly. The property managers Jamie and Tina are very nice, friendly, and understanding and easy to get in contact with.
Royal Hill Apartments Warren is truly a very nice place to live. I have been here for 13 years now. Zero complaints. The grounds are very well maintained . Interior maintenance issues are handled promptly and expertly with an ease of communication. I would recommend RHA to anyone as a clean and safe place to live.
