Rhea was fabulous through the enter process of my new build with Maronda Homes. Rhea is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and patient. She helped with some situations that occurred for me personally. She went above and beyond. Obviously I highly recommend her. Thank You ! Rhea ❤️

Update: Moved into home Nov 2022. Took over a year to build (horrible communication around finish date, almost ended our lease too early). The experience with the preferred lender and Maronda was horrible. Locked in a rate only to find out the rep was let go and we were out $4000. The grout all needs to be redone throughout the whole house (you only get one year to ask for grout/tile to be fixed).There’s lumps in the walls. Walls that you can see are uneven. Maronda did an amazing job with our new home! They made it such a simple process and everything got done so quickly. Everyone that we got to interact with were amazing as well. Especially Mark Sherry and our builder Brandon!! They both on multiple occasions went above and beyond and did such an incredible job. Communication throughout the process was perfect as well. We are so grateful! The house is beautiful, could not recommend them enough!
Absolutely stoked with my new beautiful new home. I was fortunately paired with Mark Sherry as our New Home Consultant. He made the process so exciting and fun. His weekly updates on our home’s progress became the highlight of my week and Mark always responded quickly to any of our questions.
