I panicked a bit when I came home to a puddle on the floor from my AC. Called and she was able to squeeze me in on very short notice which is much appreciated. Awesome and affordable service. I got to hover and watch for a bit without it being an issue and gab for awhile about our lives. Got a few tips on what I should be doing to keep up with maintenance. I am making sure to keep the magnet on my fridge.

I called for an A/C repair because my system stopped working. The technician diagnosed a bad blower fan relay and got the system running again, which I appreciate. However, I was shocked by the final bill. I was charged $412.94 for a blower fan relay, plus a $169 diagnostic fee, a 3% credit card fee, and tax, bringing the total to over $630.
