This is the most disorganized and poorly run institution I’ve done Buisness with.
Liz Hamilton and Frances Quisano work super hard for me as renter. Anytime I need a repair they are quick to get the job done. They have held it down after Les Murray passed away. They are fair and have compassion . That is really hard to find nowadays.
Liz Hamilton at Royal Hawaiian Properties managed my apartment and rented it for nearly 12 years. I always got paid and repairs were quickly done at reasonable cost. If a big fee came up I stopped receiving income only temporarily until the big fee was paid-up. 21 years ago Royal Hawaiian Properties sold another apartment for me when I returned to France, and Lesley helped me with the tax filing and Hawaiian tax break.
